Jim Collins

Jim Collins and his research team set out to find how companies can go from good to great. Only 11 companies out of 1,400 fit their rigorous criteria: underperform for 15 years then, suddenly, outperform the stock market by at least 3 times for 15 years. It turns out the similarities between these companies were not merely strategic. They used timeless principles that all organizations can learn from, especially the Church.
